  • All of our sheds are site built at your location.  We haul in the lumber, cut it for your particular shed and build your shed on site.  No preassembled panels or kits are used.
  • Pressure treated lumber and galvanized nails are used on the exposed flooring substructure to offer the highest moisture and termite protection possible.  We use pressure treated 4x4 or 4x6 skids depending on the size of the shed.  Pressure treated 2x4 floor joists are attached at 16 inches on center on top of the skids and then the floor frame structure is leveled to ensure a true and square building is constructed.
  • 3/4 CDX plywood is our standard floor decking and is attached to the floor frame.
  • We use 2x4's to frame the walls which are secured with double top plates.  Standard 2x4 spacing is 24" on center.  We recommend upgrading to 16" on center spacing if the walls will be sheetrocked or for extra strength.
  • Lousiana Pacific Smartside 3/8" OSB siding with a stamped woodgrain and 8" vertical lines is our standard siding and it comes pre-primed and is attached to the wall framing.
  • The roof trusses/rafters are made from 2x4's or 2x6's depending on the size of the shed and are placed 24" on center.
  • Our standard roof decking is Louisiana Pacific TechShield radiant barrier decking which carries a 30 year limited warranty.  
  • Galvanized drip edges are installed and 15# roofing felt is placed over the roof decking.  Your shed is roofed with lifetime architectural composition roof shingles which are available in a variety of colors.
  • The standard "barn type" doors are comprised of 2 doors framed with 2x4's and sheeted with siding hung on hinges covering a 5 foot wide door opening.
  • Your shed is fully trimmed with 2x4's or 1x4's and sealed with caulking.

Windows - We can add as many or as few windows as you would like - there are many sizes and types of windows available.

Doors - one of the most popular and recommended upgrades is adding a weatherproof steel or fibreglass door with locking door handle and deadbolt.  There are many different doors available that work well in our sheds including solid steel, half glass, full length glass and even sliders and french doors.  You can even upgrade the hardware on the standard barn doors.


Skylights and additional venting - you have many choices on the size and quality of skylights.


Lofts, shelving and workbenches - we can build any assortment of loft(s), shelves or workbenches to maximize the usefulness of your new shed.


Insulation - floor, wall and ceiling insulation is available in several grades to suit your needs.


Sheetrock - we can simply install drywall if that suits your needs or we can tape and texture it for a finished interior wall look if that's what you desire.


Electrical - we can wire your shed for as little as 1 light or multiple lights and multiple outlets it's up to you.


Paint - exterior painting is available and recommended on all models.  We also do interior painting as well.


Upgraded siding/decking - we can upgrade your exterior siding to anything from T-111 siding to Hardi wallboards and everything in between.  Roof and floor decking can also be upgraded if you like with several options available.


Decks, ramps and steps- we can build any configuration you would like. 
Upgraded trim and/or Board and Batten trim is available in many shapes and grades.
